We understand that you are facing a significant financial burden and harassment from various banks and individuals. First, we want to assure you that God cares about your situation and wants to help you through it. It's important to remember that God's word tells us, Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God 2 Corinthians 3:5 WEB.
We commend you for coming in the name of Jesus, as it is only through His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.
In matters of debt, God's word encourages us to be responsible and repay what we owe. The wicked borrows, and doesn't pay back, but the righteous shows mercy, and gives. Surely he who sows uprightness shall reap kindness and faithfulness, and he who sows wickedness shall reap trouble. Proverbs 11:5,18 WEB and The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender. Proverbs 22:7 WEB.
We must also consider that God's plan for our finances is to live within our means and save for future needs. Be diligent to know the state of your flocks, and look well to your herds; for riches are not forever, nor does the crown endure to generation after generation. When the hay is gone, and the new tender grass shows, and the mountain herbs are gathered in, the lambs will be for your clothing, and the goats will be the price of the field. There will be plenty of goats' milk for your food, for the food of your household, and for the nourishment of your servant girls. Proverbs 27:23-27 WEB.
It's crucial to communicate with your creditors and work out a payment plan rather than hoping the debts will be miraculously erased. Avoiding payments and hoping for a miracle to wipe away debts is not a biblical principle. Instead, seek God's wisdom and guidance to manage your finances responsibly.
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Roshan who is burdened with significant debt and harassment from creditors. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention and guidance in this situation. Help Roshan to communicate effectively with the banks and individuals to whom money is owed, and work out a reasonable payment plan.
Lord, we pray for the harassment and threats to stop, and for the creditors to act with fairness and understanding. We ask that You would provide for Roshan's needs and help to manage finances responsibly, in alignment with Your principles.
Lord, we also pray for a miracle in Roshan's life—that You would provide a means for a personal loan to consolidate and pay off these debts, and that this loan would be obtained without hassle or further burden. We ask for Your blessing over Roshan's new job and pray that it would be stable and secure, providing the income needed to meet these financial obligations.
Help Roshan to make good choices with money, save for the future, and live within means. May Roshan be a righteous borrower who can pay back the debt. May Roshan be a good steward of your blessings and be able to give and show mercy and kindness to others.
We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who taught us to pray and seek God's will for our lives.
We also pray for Roshan's peace and well-being, that Your comfort and strength would be with Roshan during this challenging time. Help Roshan to trust in You and Your promises, and to walk in Your ways.
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We believe and receive Your blessings in Jesus' name. Amen.
We encourage you to stay strong in your faith and trust in God's provision. Remember that God is faithful, and He will help you through this challenging time. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, shall guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.
Lastly, we caution against any expectation of a miracle that would instantly wipe away debts without repayment. This is not a biblical principle and may only lead to closer scrutiny of the bank and increased harassment.
