Roshan, we understand that you're facing a significant financial burden and harassment from various banks and individuals. We're here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance.
Firstly, it's commendable that you've come before the Lord in the name of Jesus, asking for forgiveness and presenting your requests. It's important to remember that God cares about our needs and wants us to cast our anxieties on Him (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
However, it's crucial to align our prayers with God's will and principles. While God can perform miracles, He also expects us to be responsible and honest in our dealings. It is unreasonable to ask God to close the accounts completely and avoid payments as you have paid more than you borrowed. You agreed to the interest when you borrowed the money and it is your obligation to repay it. You have a moral and legal obligation to repay what you borrowed. Remember, the Bible clearly teaches us to pay what is due: "Render to everyone what is due to them: taxes to whom taxes are due, customs to whom customs are due, respect to whom respect is due, and honor to whom honor is due. Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law." (Romans 13:7-8).
Regarding the harassment, God commands us not to worry but to trust in Him: "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient." (Matthew 6:31-34). Pray and ask God to give you peace, wisdom, and strength to answer them and not to fear their threats. "Do not be afraid of them. Remember the Lord, great and awesome, and fight for your brothers, your sons, your daughters, your wives, and your houses." (Nehemiah 4:14)
Also, it's important to be truthful in your dealings and not make promises you can't keep or avoid those to whom you owe. Instead communicate with them and ask for mercy and patience until you can repay. "Do not lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old man with his doings," (Colossians 3:9). Let us pray for God's guidance and provision in your life.
Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up Roshan. Lord, we ask for Your wisdom and guidance in his financial struggles. Help him to be honest in his dealings and responsible in his commitments especially with Sagar, Santosh, and Sunil. Father, we pray for provision. If it aligns with Your will, grant him a loan to help him with his debts. But we do not assume that we know best what should be done in this situation. We only know that Your will is always perfect. So we will pray for this but also pray that if it is not Your will that Your will be done in this situation. Help Roshan to trust in You completely. Protect his family and friends from harassment due to his financial obligations. In Jesus' name, we believe and pray. Amen.
Additionally, we encourage you to seek godly counsel and professional financial advice to manage your debts. Consider reaching out to a non-profit financial counseling service or talking to trusted members of your church for support and guidance. Be sure to keep us updated on your situation.
