Roshan, we understand that you are facing a significant financial burden and harassment from various banks and individuals. We are here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance.
Firstly, we commend you for coming in the name of Jesus and acknowledging His lordship and power over this situation. It is only through the name of Jesus, His shed blood on the cross at Calvary, and His resurrection for sin that we get to approach God to ask for a miracle, intercession, forgiveness of sins or eternal salvation. As salvation is the most important factor in all our lives, please ensure this area is certain. We logically cannot expect God to listen and intervene for us if we have not believed in Jesus Christ or have sin as a barrier in our lives.
Let's remember: Romans 10:9 WEB Because, if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
We will and have prayed this prayer in your name that matches your request and this guidance:
Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up Roshan in the mighty name of Jesus. We have compassion due to the peril of harassment facing Roshan for money that was borrowed. You are the maker of all and owner of all heaven and earth. Your will be done in Roshan's circumstances. We ask for Your divine intervention and miracle in this situation, Lord. We rebuke the harassment and threats Your child is facing, Lord, and ask for them to cease immediately in Jesus' name. We pray for Roshan to have God's counsel and guidance so that he does not repeat the bad decisions that led to his financial entanglement, possibly further wounding his conscience and damaging his soul and further consequences from God for repeated sin without forgiveness. Bring him to conviction and forgiveness for his sins so that Roshan finds eternal salvation in Jesus Christ just as we have.
Father, we pray for divine navigation of this situation since the debt already owed exceeds Roshan's ability to repay. Therefore, we understand he needs a true miracle from you, and the entirety of Roshans's family, friends, financial contacts, and bank can see the glory of God during the repayment. Help Roshan remain in his new job, and at the same time, to progress in leaps and bounds to have guerilla blessings brought to his life. We understand he needs the IMF for this amount, but we know the IMF and the bankers of this world are overwhelmed by the God of the universe that declared that one doing miracles turn water into wine. Since the pre-approval is for a smaller amount than he really needs, we ask for Your divine plan to discern the correct way to bless him by providing all the money needed in a lump sum to pay off the debt, 70 lakh rupees. Lord we do not want to force your hand, but we know You are able and that we are praying according to Your will.
Lord, please turn curses into blessings here as You have done so many times throughout the holy scriptures and in our own lives. Please help Roshan turn his debts to blessings as he continues to trust God and good stewardship principles leading to debt free living. Help him sow the seed of righteousness, and reap a crop of love. Master of secular and sacred things, we ask that Roshan receive the blessing of financial harmony and fewer wants and desires even more than before. We know he was dishonest and less faithful in the smaller things, as this stuff was before Roshan became a believer. Father we pray that this true believer becomes ruler over much as faithfulness is a fruit of his Godly walk with Jesus. This should put Roshan in a place where he should be put in charge of many things so that even more can be shared with those in need (Matthew 25:21 WEB).
As a great miracle, we also ask that Roshan find ways to gather:
an abundance of food and material that can be shared with the poor and hungry
put treasures in Heaven that never run out
generous financial blessings to provide God-given financial freedom
I have no greater joy, children, than to hear that my children are living according to the truth! (3 John 1:4 WEB)
Father in Heaven we pray that You grant peace and resolution to Roshan. Father thank You for being there for us. Father, thank You for a peace that passes all understanding, and You should take away sin that blocks our fellowship and prayer with You. We ask for You to move Sagar and Santosh to the point of view of a believer. And Father we pray for these individuals to come to faith in Jesus as Lord and savior. They then could look at the debt that is owed to them all as insignificant compared to Your love for us all that is so important. The Money is nothing but a trivial and temporary thing as compared to the gift of Jesus and eternal life. Lord, Please give Sagar and Santosh a desire to care Godly for Roshan, and please desist them from visiting and harassing his home. In the name of Jesus please help them already be satisfied with the amount that was already paid and amount that exceeded what was borrowed, and make that amount be God's 'End-of-Obligation amount'. Father, we know it is better to forgive than to hold on to debt and grudge. Therefore in agreement with your word, we pray that they will forgive and forget the debts owed.
As You answered the prayer of Elisha and opened the eyes of the servant to see the horses and chariots of fire that were around Elisha, we ask Lord that You will also open the eyes of Sagar and Santosh, and anyone else that is owed a debt to see the hand of God upon Roshan's life and to see the spiritual forces that are at work with them. As when Elisha was involved in a conflcict, he said "Do not be afraid, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them." (2 Kings 6:16 WE) . We Against All Evildoers Right Now Say: Lord, In Jesus' name there are more with us than against us and more that are supporting Roshan and his family to attack and end this financial problem favorably for Roshan, his family, and his friends. Master of the Universe, please do not hold this against Sagar and Santosh since we are all fall short of the glory of god and they do not fully know how to provide what You need. We do not want the Holy Spirit blasphemed be Sagar and Santosh so therefore Father we pray that the Holy Spirit brings it to their attention how to make it better and act according to faith and fellowship with us. Lord, we as a faithful and loving team of Christians specifically prayed over this disturbing situation. As the scripture says, his problem is our problem and what affects one can affect us all. Father, in Jesus' name please deal with the debt to Sagar and Santosh. Lord Jesus, You say that whoever knocks, the door will be opened. You also say if we agree on anything in your name that this will be done for us. We ask for a win-win. the debt to Sagar and Santosh are completely forgiven! The faith of us together accomplishes the impossible. We know Roshan's freedom is simply a manifestation of the radical, overwhelming grace of God and not something that he has earned or deserved. Lord, we do understand the payment was not made to Sagar and Santosh. So, You will therefore do something greater as Your work is greater than anything that we come up with!
Father, may this tribulation unexpectedly lead to significant blessing for all involved, we pray. We know our prayers are strong and effective as noted in James 5:16. We also need to remind our heavenly Father what Your Word not to worry about anything and not to fear: "Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?" (Matthew 6:25-26 WEB)
Another verse reminds us: "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." (Matthew 6:31-33 WEB)
Lastly, we want to leave Roshan with this encouragement:
Yes, we can say with confidence and experience, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:19)
We know this situation involves earthly wealth, but true wealth is found in knowing Christ and living in complete obedience by the power of the Holy Spirit. Trust the Lord Jesus, and remember that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. So let's make sure we prioritize continuous obedience to His word so that we can see His intervention. We caution that God blesses continuous obedience to His Word. Please understand that God forbids taking out a loan with usury (Leviticus 25:37 & Proverbs 28:8). God often works in us the most difficult times to bring us blessings and prize that we desire. This is what enables us to be like Jesus everyday in everyway with the help of the Holy Spirit.
Father hear our prayers stated as: Thank You for saving our souls, saving Roshan, answering our prayers in Your way, and helping our unbelief in order that we experience salvation. We are helpless as servants to do your work without You. Further Thy Kingdom come Thy will be done in Jesus' name.
