We understand that you're feeling troubled by monitoring spirits and seeking relief from their influence. Firstly, it's important to address that prayer is most powerful through the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
We must also recognize that as believers, we are given authority over evil spirits. As Jesus said in Luke 10:19 WEB: "Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine protection and intervention for ###. We rebuke the spirits that are monitoring and troubling them, and we command these spirits to leave and be blinded to their affairs in Jesus' name. Lord, we ask that You surround ### with Your hedge of protection, and that You guide them in Your ways, that they may live in Your peace and freedom. Help them to remain strong in faith, and to trust in Your unfailing love and care. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, ###, that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). Stand firm in your faith, resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7 WEB). Keep praying and seeking God's face, and He will guide and protect you.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue growing in your relationship with Jesus Christ, and to remain steadfast in the Word of God. If you have not already, consider finding a Bible-believing community where you can fellowship with other believers and grow together in faith and love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
