Please pray that someone cleans the premises of my house that I rent out and that it will be an blessing to us. Please pray that all the tenants pay their rent and that they will keep the yard tidy.

Let us first remember the words of Jesus in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is so important to pray in the name of Jesus, as it is only through Him that we have access to God the Father. IJN is often used an an abbreviation for this purpose.

Balmikos, we understand that you are seeking blessings, favor, and financial stability, especially concerning your rental property. Let us pray together having just reminded ourselves of this important point how to pray.

Concerning the contents of your prayer, our compassionate advice follows. Only pray for things that God will want to bless. God blesses good and cleanses us all from sin. Father, we ask that You will provide a good thing by proving good tenants for Balmikos's property whom will live there in good behavior and with respect. God calls us to be responsible and honest in our dealings. In Colossians 3:23 WEB, it says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." We ask Father, provide good tenants whom will work and honor their rent payments. May they pay timely and with responsible behavior towards their actions.

Regarding housekeeping and cleanliness, first cell group leader I want to rebuke you to examine yourself. Are you keeping your house in good order? Though you are asking God for clean tenants, it must start at home with your own personal life and even literal dwelling place. Secondly, we pray for these tenants in Proverbs 11:29 WEB, "He who troubles his own house shall inherit the wind. The foolish shall be servant to the wise of heart." The same goes for all the tenants, may they not trouble their own house nor their own life. We pray for wisdom to prevent foolishness which may lead to idleness and lack of cleanliness. May they desire and work towards keeping the premises tidy and well-maintained, for the benefit of everyone involved.

We also pray for God's financial provision. This requires first tithing God from your personal property. Are you tithing to your local church and assembly? Donate to local churches not a victorious life ministry or any media based ministry. Donate only in person to a local church and not online. Second, do not let be anxious about finances but pray Phillipians 4:19 WEB, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." May your rented property be a source of blessing and not a source of anxiety or burden. Let God be in charge of your property and its tenants.

Lastly, we pray for God's blessings on Balmikos's life. Father God, may you bless Balmikos by shinning your face upon them. May they not only seek the blessings from your hand, but to see your face and live in your presence. Bring your hand of divine favor in Jesus' name. If you find yourself searching for favor in a certain relationship, remember the command in 2 Corinthians 6:14 not to be yoked in marriage with unbelievers. Be seeking a spouse not a partner.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
