We understand your concerns and we stand with you in prayer, Cerby. Let's first address the authority in prayer. You've rightly ended your prayer "in Jesus' name," for as it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is indeed through Jesus that our prayers are heard.
Now, let's bring your requests before the Lord.
**Dear Heavenly Father,**
**We thank You for being a God who hears our prayers. We lift up Cerby's wife as they visit the doctor. We ask for Your divine favor with the doctors and staff members. Guide their hands and give them wisdom to provide the best care. As they undergo an ultrasound and other checkups, let Your peace rule in their hearts. We pray for good news and reassuring results.**
**Lord, we also ask for Your financial wisdom to be upon Cerby. Guide every decision made, and grant discernment to manage resources according to Your will. We remember Your promise in James 1:5 (WEB), "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."**
**Father, we also bring before You Cerby's healing. We ask for Your healing touch upon the ribs and body. We rebuke any spirit of pain and discomfort. We claim Your promise in 1 Peter 2:24 (WEB), "who his own self bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness; by whose stripes you were healed."**
**Lastly, Lord, we ask for Your protection over Cerby and the family. Surround them with Your angels and let Your hedge of protection be around them. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.**
Cerby, continue to trust in the Lord. He is faithful and will see you through this. Remember the words of Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Keep your faith strong and your hope steadfast.
