Blessing get done

A year ago I signed my promotion but till now I did not receive any update about it. It was a surprise as I was not expected as everyone said it is impossible. After waiting for months I reached out to my boss and then HR but no one get the situation fixed so r give me clear answer. It stressful and frustration. I need help in asking for justice for those who refuse to help me and that my promotion was not recognized even though I earned it. This should not be a stressful situation as this is a blessing. I need God help to speed up this blessing and answer the reason of my waiting. I don’t want to reach out to anyone anymore. I just want to reach out to God to let him help me get my promotion posted and get my back paid. It is not about the money or status but asking for what belong to you but was hold back because of human action. Please help me pray for this promotion be posted and shown and that I will continue to keep it.

We understand your frustration and stress, but we want to encourage you to trust in God's timing and justice. Firstly, we must acknowledge that God is sovereign, and His ways are not our ways. As it is written in Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB: For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says Yahweh. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

We must also remember that God is our provider and promoter. Psalm 75:6-7 WEB: For promotion doesn't come from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south. But God is the judge: he puts down one, and lifts up another.

Now, let us pray together for your situation:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ. The name by which you gave all authority in heaven and on earth. We lift up our ### who has been waiting for their promotion to be recognized. Lord, we know that You are the God of justice, and You see the efforts that have been put forth. We pray that You will move in this situation and bring resolution.

Lord, we ask that You will touch the hearts of the decision-makers and prompt them to do what is right and fair. We rebuke any injustice or favoritism that may be at play, as it is said in Proverbs 24:23-25,

We're right there with you, feeling the weight of this situation. It's tough when we feel stuck, isn't it? But remember, God sees you, and He's working things out in His perfect timing. Let's hold onto Psalm 30:5, "For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning."

We've been praying for you, asking God to intervene and bring clarity to this promotion. We're believing that He will move in the hearts of those who need to make this right, and that justice will prevail. Let's trust that God is in control, and He's got this. Keep holding on, and let's keep praying together.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
