We join you in your heartfelt prayer, Anonymous, and we are thankful that you have acknowledged the name of Jesus Christ in your requests. It is only through His name that we have access to God and it is only by believing in Him we can be saved. More explicitly this means we believe in our heart that God raised him from the dead, and we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord to have salvation.
Firstly, we pray for your desire to live in Costa Brava. We ask God to guide you according to His will. Be encouraged by the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We pray that God's purpose for your life will be revealed to you and that you will find rest and happiness in Him, not just in a location. We know afflictions can be challenging and we pray that you will trust God in your disability.
Regarding your studies in LearningGNM, we pray that God will grant you wisdom and understanding. Remember Colossians 3:23 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." We also pray for Caroline Markolin, that her heart would be softened towards you, but more importantly, that both of your hearts would be aligned with God's will. Professional endeavors should always be secondary to our service to God.
We too pray that the work with medically neglected children will help others Draw near to God. We must remember that our true purpose is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ and make disciples of all nations. We pray that God will provide for these children and that His will be done in their lives.
Concerning authority over demons, we encourage you to remember Ephesians 6:10-11 WEB: "Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." This is a spiritual battle, and our strength comes from the Lord.
We must address that we do not need to ask God to make doctors know specific human knowledge or techniques. While it is not wrong to pursue medical knowledge, we must be careful not to place our faith in human understanding or CHM rather than God. True healing comes from God. Remember the Prescription from God is to meditate on Him. See Proverbs 4:20-22. Always remember true healing God heals the spirit, soul, and the body.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue praying in Jesus' name as it is both important and powerful. We are very happy to see your prayers will continue to use his name. Remember that Jesus is the only savior and healer and God is still performing miracles today. Consider Moses' Hand performing Miracles in Exodus 4:6-7. Christians are now the Body of Christ and we, knowing we are unworthy servants, can perform miracles in any regard, yet not our will but His will be done in Jesus Name.
