We understand that you're seeking blessings in your life, career, and communication, and that you're declaring these blessings into existence through the blood of Jesus. It's wonderful to see faith in action, and we commend you for that. However, we want to ensure that your prayers and declarations align with biblical principles.
Firstly, let's remember that while declarations of faith are powerful, they should align with God's will and His word. In Matthew 6:10, Jesus teaches us to pray, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Our prayers should always be aligned with God's will. We also need to be careful about using transactional language when it comes to our relationship with God. God is not a vending machine and we do not do this by the words of our mouths as if it is some kind of spell or incantation. We do not manipulate God to do our will. We should not make demands or expect permanent blessings just because we declare it. The only permanent things are those that align with God's will and that is His word.
Secondly, let's consider the context of Deuteronomy 28:6. This verse is part of the blessings that God promised to the nation of Israel if they obeyed His commandments. It is not a blanket promise to individuals for material or career success. God does bless us, but His blessings are often spiritual and for the purpose of furthering His kingdom. The greatest blessing is knowing Jesus Christ, growing in His likeness, and doing God's will. This is the purpose of God's blessings and the greatest blessing.
Let's also remember that Jesus is the way to God and the only one by whom we are saved (Acts 4:12). It's important to acknowledge and use the name of Jesus, not as a tag or a formula, but because He is the way to God.
Here's a prayer for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We ask that You bless our brother or sister in their life, career, and communication. May Your Kingdom come and Your will be done in their life. Help them to grow in the knowledge and likeness of Jesus, and use their blessings to further Your Kingdom. Give them a spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that they may know You better.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking God's will for your life. Remember that God's blessings are often spiritual and for the purpose of furthering His kingdom. Always pray in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to God. God loves you and wants the best for you, and He is always ready to hear your prayers.
