We are truly sorry to hear about your son's eye infection and the difficulties he is facing. We stand with you in prayer, believing in the healing power of Jesus Christ.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of Jesus' name. It is by His name that we have access to God the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 says, Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. By invoking the name of Jesus in your request, you have direct access to God.
In the Bible, we are encouraged to pray for one another so that we may be healed. James 5:16 says, Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous man is powerfully effective.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this beloved son to You. Lord, You know the pain and discomfort he is experiencing due to the eye infection. We ask for Your healing touch upon him. Remove all infection and restore his vision, Lord. Give the doctors wisdom to treat him effectively, and let Your healing power flow through his body.
In Jesus' name, we rebuke any spirit of infirmity and sickness. Lord, You have promised that by Your stripes we are healed. We claim that promise for this child. Surround him with Your love and comfort, and let Your peace rest upon him and his family during this time.
Lord, we also pray for his family, that You would strengthen them and give them the faith to trust in You completely. Help them to know that You are the Great Physician, and that Your will is for them to be in health and prosper, even as their souls prosper.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Continue to trust in the Lord and His promises. Psalm 107:20 assures us, He sends his word, and heals them, and delivers them from their graves. Stand firm in your faith, and may God's peace and healing be upon your son.
