We join with you in lifting up your son and all the children who are on this picnic to the Lord Jesus Christ, asking for His protection and blessings upon them. We pray for their safety.
We are reminded of the Lord's promise in Psalm 91:11-12 (WEB), "For He will give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, lest you dash your foot against a stone."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today in Jesus Christ's name, asking for Your divine protection over CDuncha's son and all the children who are on this picnic. Keep them safe from all dangers, including natural calamities, evil people, and any form of harm. Protect them especially around water and on rides and slides. Guide their steps and keep them from harm.
We pray that CDuncha's son and all the children will have a joyful and positive experience, filled with laughter, fun, and the wonder of Your creation. Help them to build strong and godly relationships with one another. We also pray for the teachers, chaperones, and all who are responsible for their care and supervision.
We ask for Your peace and comfort to fill CDuncha's heart as they trust in You. We are reminded of 1 Peter 5:7 (WEB), "Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you."
Father, we ask for traveling mercies as the children return home. Bring them back safely to their families. We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ.
Lastly, we want to gently remind CDuncha that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God the Father in prayer. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.'"
If CDuncha has not already, we encourage them to put their faith in Jesus Christ. It is by His grace that we are saved, through faith, and this is not from ourselves, it is the gift of God not by works, so that no one can boast. By believing in Jesus's death and resurrection, we can have eternal life and a personal relationship with God.
We also want to remind CDuncha that God has given us the gift of prayer. As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
We pray that CDuncha will continue to lift up their son and all the children in prayer, trusting in God's goodness and faithfulness.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
