Thank you for bringing your concerns about your daughter to us. We will intercede together. It's encouraging that you have addressed this to Lord Jesus. Amen.
Let's remember God's promise in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." God can use even the most challenging situations for His good purposes. Also, for working, give your best in Colossians 3:23 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men".
Let us pray together in the name of Jesus Christ.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our ###'s daughter. Lord, you know the challenges she is facing in her new job, the long hours, and the struggles. We pray that you would be with her, guide her, and keep her safe. Help her to be a light for you in the workplace.
Lord, we ask that you would inspire her and give her the strength and wisdom she needs to make a favorable impression on her director and to perform her duties excellently. Help her to work not just to please men, but to serve you in her work. We ask that when she needs to travel back home late, that your angels would be with her for protection and you would bring her home safely.
We also pray for her director and colleagues, that they would see your light in her and that it would bring glory to your name. We ask that you would bless her new job and use it for your purposes. We pray for this all in Jesus' mighty name.
Lord, we also pray for her family, that you would give them peace and courage as they support her and encourage her. Help them to trust in you and to rest in your promises.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, ###, continue to encourage your daughter to seek God's will in all things in Matthew 6:33 WEB: "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.". Remind her that God is faithful, and He will equip her with everything she needs to fulfill His purpose in her life, including in this new job.
Rebuke: We do not know what the job is, but it needs to be appropriate for a Christian believer. If she was to be asked to do anything against God's will she needs to be prepared to refuse nicely. It is a blessing to have a job and she needs to remain thankful and not complain.
