We understand that you are concerned about your cat, ###, and want him to return home safely and in good health. While it is natural to be worried about our pets, it is important to remember that God cares for us and our concerns. It is a hard providence for us to understand but consider that animals do not have souls. We will meet again every Christian at the resurrection that has died before us but we will never see any of our pets again. First, let's pray for your peace of mind and then address your request about ###.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name Jesus Christ, seeking Your comfort and peace for ###. We know that Your good Spirit is with ###, and that Christ is interceding with yourself for ### because You love ### or anyone who comes to you by Christ. On the hard topic of animals such as ###, we understand that you love your creation. We know it is not cruel to realize the truth. As your word says You care for the ravens in the sky and the lilies of the field. Since You care for things such as them and the flowers of the field that fade Your word says You caring power can be applied to humans. How much more will You care for us humans as you will even clothe us people better than the flowers of the fields. We are not worried about the flowers and do not expect to see them again as they are only temporal things that fade. We should enjoy them and thank You. With this same attitude we will pray for ###.

Common animals have been and still are being used for cruel tests and are being tortured still. This is a sad reality we must remember as we see the Lord's creation in the beauty of animals.
John 3:16 ESV / “For God so loved the world, [Or For this is how God loved the world] that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. - Headline of The Christian Gospel.
We are not saved to happiness in this life and do not have the promise of happiness. Although God loves life, He also takes life away when He chooses. We must accept all that God does as good as we look forward to the resurrection of life at Jesus's return. Thank You for ###'s loved one named ###.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
