Firstly, it's important to remember that our struggles can be turned into opportunities for growth and testimony of God's grace. As it says in Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
However, it's crucial to approach this situation with a heart of forgiveness and integrity, rather than merely trying to expose others or prove ourselves right. The Bible tells us in Matthew 5:44 WEB, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,"
In regards to your workplace struggles, we should pray for wisdom and discernment in how to navigate these challenges. As stated in James 1:5 WEB, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."
It's also important to address that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's only through His name that we have access to God and salvation. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
