Bless me today, Jesus. Do not let me panic or die. Do not let me be exposed to any dangers of any kind. Bless my flight, the airplane, the pilots, the flight crew, all the passengers and myself before, during and after the flight. Bless my heart with calm, peace, kindness, love and joy. Let me be able to think ahead of the experience of the weekend in a different country. Let me have fun and happiness please, I am so tired of being afraid and having panic attacks today. Please take this illness from me. It is too much to bear. Protect me from all harm, including my anxiety. Amen

Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the enemy of my soul.
