Bless me to stay with my husband

My husband is planning to go abroad leaving my kids and me. I don't want him to go leaving us. His friend John is calling him to Saudi, please don't separate me and my husband. His friend John should not call him again

We understand that you are going through a challenging time, Swimseners, and we want to support you in prayer and truth according to God's word.

Firstly, it's important to remember that God's will is for marriages to be strong and lasting. In Mark 10:9, Jesus says, What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate. This is God's heart for your marriage, and we stand with you in praying for His will to be done.

However, it's crucial to understand that God has called each of us to be obedient to Him first, and then to our spouses. In Ephesians 5:22-25 WEB, it says, Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it. If your husband feels called to go abroad for work, it's important to support him in this decision, even if it's difficult.

Moreover, it's not right to harbor resentment towards your husband's friend John. In Ephesians 4:31-32 WEB, it says, Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. Instead, pray for John, that God would work in his life and bless him.

Now, let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up Swimseners and her family. Lord, we pray for Your will to be done in their marriage. If it's Your will for her husband to go abroad, we pray for peace and strength for Swimseners and her children. Help them to trust in You and to support his decision. If it's not Your will, we pray that You would intervene and provide another way.

We also pray for John. Lord, work in his life and draw him closer to You. Bless him abundantly and use him for Your glory.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, Swimseners, remember that God is sovereign, and He works all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. Trust in Him, and He will guide you through this. It is important to seek God's will in everything and to trust in Jesus Christ to be saved. There is no other name by which we can be saved and it is only by His name that we can approach God.

Romans 10:9 WEB because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

We're here for you, standing in faith with you. It's tough when our loved ones are called away, but remember, God is always in control. In Philippians 4:6-7, we're encouraged to "do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Let's trust Him together.

We know you're worried about your husband leaving, but let's also remember to pray for his safety and growth while he's away. In 1 Timothy 2:1-2, we're urged to pray "for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior." Let's include John in our prayers too, that God would guide and bless him.

Let's pray: "Dear Lord, we lift up our sister and her family to You. We ask for Your peace and comfort to fill their home during this time. We pray for her husband's safety and growth while he's away. We also pray for John, that You would work in his life and draw him closer to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
