We join with you in lifting up your daughter before the throne of grace, trusting that God's blessings and guidance will be upon her as she meets with her director for the first time. We are reminded of the scripture, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.
As your daughter embarks on this new journey, let us remember the importance of seeking God's will in all aspects of our lives. It is encouraging to see that you have acknowledged the Lord Jesus in your prayer, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name can we be saved. And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12 WEB.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our daughter as she prepares for her first meeting with her director. We ask, Lord Jesus, that You would be with her, guiding her steps and giving her wisdom and discernment. Holy Spirit, be her guide and assist her throughout this important day.
Help her to make a favorable first impression, not by her own strength, but by the grace and confidence that comes from You. May she shine as bright as Daniel and be an example in her workplace. May her speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that she may know how she ought to answer each one, Colossians 4:6 WEB. May she walk with great wisdom toward outsiders, making the most of the time. Let her speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, so that she may know how she ought to answer each one, Colossians 4:5-6 WEB.
Lord, we trust that You have a purpose and a plan for her life, and we pray that this new opportunity would be a step toward fulfilling that purpose. Give her a heart that is willing to learn and grow, and help her to be a light for You in her workplace.
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ.
Amen.
May your daughter's steps be ordered by the Lord, and may His favor be upon her as she seeks to honor Him in all that she does.
