So write the things which you have seen [in the vision], and the things which are [now happening], and the things which will take place after these things. (Revelations 1:19 - AMP)
Therefore, I WRITE.
As I was reading my morning scripture, God imparted this "bittersweet" Word of clarity to me. While clarity is sweet, the revelation itself can sometimes be bitter to the heart.
In serving up "Buffet Bible," your idols, the false prophets among you - whose instructions you follow, mislead you. They tell a city that because a message speaks of disaster, it is negative, and therefore an attempt on the part of the messenger to instill FEAR. Those prophets, in following after the imagination of their own hearts, to be favored among men, not only misunderstand scripture, but likewise, in misrepresentation, teach in error. False prophets tell you that everything is ok, and that nothing evil will happen. They eliminate the parts of the scriptures that don’t fit their narrative, so that in isolating the Word of God (pick and choose; take out of context), in this way, they render to you “buffet bible." One such overly misrepresented scripture is Ezekiel 11:8 "You have feared the sword; so I will bring a sword upon you,” says the Lord GOD.”
False prophets literally scare you into the false notion that if you listen to, what sounds like a fearful message, God will bring your fear upon you. Therefore, put your headphones on, shove your earbuds in, and roll your windows up tight. BUT GOD, says about those who instruct you to disregard His Word to feed you their alternative word of peace – in His name, "I DID NOT SEND THEM."
As I have said before, the message itself is not meant to be negative, as man defines negativity; but is rather God’s gracious warning. God doesn’t bring what a city fears upon them simply because that city fears it, nor is it because they hear a fearful thing; He brings that which a city fears upon a city primarily BECAUSE of her leaders who, deeming themselves “the choice meat in the pot,” (the top dog, the buck stops here) have heeded wicked counsel, and therefore chosen to operate in the arrogance of injustice and unfairness, particularly toward the least of these. They tell you to build houses for all is well; BUT, as it is written, your pot of soup, which is filled with the “least of these,” the ones that you seek to remove out of view, to the outskirts, the victims of your corrupt governmental system, testifies against you.
Note: God gave the instruction to build and multiply to a people after their own city had been destroyed, and they had gone into exile.
Not only is some fear well advised, it's beneficial:
“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.”
Better understanding is given in completeness of context.

Ezekiel 11 (All of Ezekiel 11. KJV is beautifully accurate, but because it’s a poetic, Shakespearean nature, many may not understand it. I find the NLT and the Message Bible to be excellent resources of clarity.)
READ IT AGAIN
Because we don't go anywhere without our cellphones, most people basically have the Word attached to their hand: All we have to do is download it, and lift the "proverbial" fork to our mouths.
Matthew 25:45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.
"How is that ye not discern this time?"
