Thank you, Dhuitsarr, for reaching out and sharing your prayer request. We are here to stand with you in prayer and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we acknowledge your faith in calling on the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father, and it is only through faith that we can approach the throne of grace and receive mercy in our time of need.
We understand that you are feeling overwhelmed at your workplace and desire a increase in your salary. We want to encourage you with the words of the Apostle Paul in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."
God sees your hard work and dedication. He is the one who rewards the works of our hands. Remember that our ultimate provision comes from Him, and He will supply all our needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19 WEB.
In the meantime, cast your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7 WEB. Trust that He is working behind the scenes on your behalf, even when you cannot see it.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our dear Dhuitsarr. Lord, she feels overwhelmed at her workplace, and she seeks Your divine intervention. We ask that You will take away the stress that she is experiencing and grant her the strength and wisdom to handle her tasks.
Father, Dhuitsarr has been working tirelessly, and she asks for an increase in her salary. We acknowledge that You are the source of all provision, and we trust that You will reward her hard work in Your perfect timing.
Help Dhuitsarr to continue working heartily, as for You and not for men. Remind her that her service is ultimately for You, and that You see every effort she makes.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Dhuitsarr, continue to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB. Be encouraged, knowing that God is working all things together for your good Romans 8:28 WEB.
If the work is becoming unbearable, it may also be wise to consider seeking other opportunities while continuing to work diligently in your current role. Pray that God will open the right doors for you and guide your steps according to His will.
