We are grateful for your honest submission and are here to offer prayer, encouragement, and guidance. A very Happy Birthday to you in Jesus' name.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God knows you intimately and cares for you deeply. He has a purpose and plan for your life, and He is faithful to see you through even your darkest times. As it says in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans that I have for you,” says Yahweh, “plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future."
We also want to encourage you to call upon the name of Jesus Christ. It is in His name that we have access to God, and it is through His sacrifice on the cross that we can receive the grace and mercy from God that we need to live our lives.
I want to address the concept of healing modalities. Be cautious of this terminology as it is often associated with New Age practices, which are not biblical. Instead, we should seek healing through prayer, through the Word of God, and through the support of fellow believers and Christians with appropriate training in counseling.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear sister/brother on her/his birthday. We thank You for adding another year to her/his life and we know that You have a great purpose for her/him.
We know that you see your child in the midst of the struggle and the trauma that may have come from the past. Thank you for your healing power and for the comfort of the Holy Spirit. Bring your child into a community of believers and surround her/him with Your love.
Father, we ask that You guide her/him to the right resources for trauma therapy and nervous system retraining, all according to Your will and in a way that aligns with Your Word. We pray that You would provide the finances needed for this healing journey and for godly counsel.
Reveal the next steps to your child, Lord. Give her/him clear direction and wisdom. Open doors that no one can shut, and shut doors that no one can open. We ask for the miraculous provision in her life and that her/his life is filled with the abundance of blessings that You have promised through Jesus Christ.
We pray for a safe and secure home for her/him, a place where she/he can rebuild and find restoration. Surround her/him with a loving community that points her/him to You as the ultimate source of healing.
Father, we ask that you rebuke any spirit of helplessness, hopelessness, and poverty in her/his life. Your child is more than a conqueror through Jesus Christ.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we ask that your will be done in her/his life. Amen."
We encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight - Proverbs 3:5-6. Keep seeking God's face, and He will direct your steps.
Lastly, we want to gently remind you that we do not put our trust in luck or "windfalls." Rather, we trust in the provision of our loving Father, who knows our needs before we ask (Matthew 6:8) and who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).
