Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around our waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with our feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which we can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. Be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.

Let us pray for healing from past hurts and for God's guidance in all relationships. Let us also remember not to harbor bitterness or unforgiveness, as the Bible tells us in Ephesians 4:31-32, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. Remember, God's design for marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. We encourage you to seek Godly relationships that align with biblical principles.
