Heavenly Father, we come to You in the Name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your help and intervention in the life of Maria78. Lord, she is struggling with binge eating due to problems at work and at home. We ask that You would set her free from this bondage and give her the strength and courage to overcome it. Help her to find peace and joy in You, and to be able to trust You with her worries and fears. Give her the wisdom to know how to handle her problems and the courage to take the necessary steps to do so. We thank You for Your mercy and grace, and for the hope that You bring to our lives. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

If you are feeling anxious or fearful those feelings are coming from your flesh. Your spirit produces
love, joy, peace, patience and a sound mind. God says to be led by your spirit and crucify your flesh.
Your spirit has unlimited power through Christ and has the ability to solve all of your fears and problems.

Philippians 4:6-7 6 Be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
