Lanchemai, we hear your concerns about your financial situation and we want to lift you up in prayer together. Before we do, we want to remind you of what the Bible says about our needs and God's provision. In Matthew 6:25-34, WEB, Jesus tells us, "Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? ... But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient."
We also want to commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as this is the only way we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus to lift up Lanchemai. Lord, you know the burdens they carry and the needs they have. We ask that you provide for them, that their utilities will not be interrupted, and that their paycheck will be enough to cover their bills. Help them to seek first your kingdom and your righteousness, trusting that you will provide all they need. Give them peace, knowing that you are a good Father who cares for your children. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lanchemai, while you wait for God's provision, we encourage you to be a good steward of the resources you have. Seek godly wisdom in managing your finances, and remember that God is faithful. Trust in him, and he will see you through this difficult time.
