Big problem - gas boiler - repair or new??

Lord please help me to see what is my next moove. There are co.plications with the gas boiler because it is obviously to old (and some of boiler parts are not available any more).. To repair and wait for a possible next defect/malfunction or to buy or install a new gas boiler (which buying and installation is probably cca my 2-3 salaries and could cause comolications with all tenants).
Lord my brother is in the same position in his appartement and cannot change the gas boiler until all the tenants agree to buy a new gas boiler!! Lord have mercy!!

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Natasha2, who is seeking guidance and wisdom regarding the complications with her gas boiler. Lord, you know the situation she is facing, where the boiler is old and some parts are no longer available. We ask for your divine intervention and clarity in her decision-making process.

Father, we pray that you would grant Natasha2 discernment and insight to see what her next move should be. Whether it is repairing the current boiler and waiting for potential future issues or considering the purchase and installation of a new gas boiler, we ask for your guidance to lead her in the right direction.

Lord, we also lift up Natasha2's brother, who is facing a similar situation with his tenants. We pray that you would soften the hearts of the tenants and bring unity among them, so they can come to an agreement regarding the purchase of a new gas boiler. May your peace and understanding prevail in their discussions.

We trust in your provision, Lord, knowing that you are our true provider and sustainer. Your Word reminds us in Matthew 6:26, "Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?" We believe that you will provide a solution that is best for Natasha2 and her brother, according to your perfect will.
