We understand the burden you're carrying, Glammawof4, and we want to lift you up in prayer and encourage you according to God's Word.
Firstly, let's remember what Jesus said about worrisome situations in Matthew 6:25-34 (WEB): "Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? ... Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient."
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister Glammawof4. Lord, You know the heavy burden she's carrying, the financial stress she's under, and the worry that weighs on her heart. We ask, Lord, that You provide for her needs according to Your riches in glory. Help her to trust in You, knowing that You care for her and her family.
Lord, we also pray for her husband. Convict his heart, Lord, and guide him to seek employment so that he may provide for his family as You have called him to do. We pray that their marriage will be strengthened through these trials, and that they would lean on You together.
Lord, guide Glammawof4 in her new job. Give her the strength and concentration she needs to excel. We ask that her employers would see her hard work and dedication, and that her income would increase as a result.
Finally, Lord, comfort her. Remind her that You are with her, even in the darkest times. Help her to cast her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for her. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We also want to encourage you, Glammawof4, to continue seeking God's face and trusting in Him. Remember that He works all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28, WEB). This situation, as difficult as it is, can be a time of drawing closer to Him and seeing His hand at work in your life.
