Big Financial Request

I started my new transcription job, and everything else in my life went wrong as I was trying to keep my concentration on my job and do well. I have a lot of bills I have had to juggle and lo and behold I had an unwanted deduction that caused my bank account to overdraw and the bank says it won't be added back in for days and I have some bills to pay. Please pray for this situation. So I had to finish a huge transcription job under all of this stress. My job doesn't pay much, but please pray it will increase as my production increases and that they will be pleased with me. It seems our money problems get worse instead of better, as we are getting deeper in debt. Please pray ###'s heart will be convicted to get a job. I am so worried things will never get better. I am so tired of being in this dark place. Thanks for your prayers.

We understand the burden you're carrying, ###, and we want to lift you up in prayer and encourage you according to God's Word.

Firstly, let's remember what Jesus said about worrisome situations in Matthew 6:25-34 (WEB): "Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? ... Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient."

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister ###. Lord, You know the heavy burden she's carrying, the financial stress she's under, and the worry that weighs on her heart. We ask, Lord, that You provide for her needs according to Your riches in glory. Help her to trust in You, knowing that You care for her and her family.

Lord, we also pray for her husband. Convict his heart, Lord, and guide him to seek employment so that he may provide for his family as You have called him to do. We pray that their marriage will be strengthened through these trials, and that they would lean on You together.

Lord, guide ### in her new job. Give her the strength and concentration she needs to excel. We ask that her employers would see her hard work and dedication, and that her income would increase as a result.

Finally, Lord, comfort her. Remind her that You are with her, even in the darkest times. Help her to cast her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for her. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We also want to encourage you, ###, to continue seeking God's face and trusting in Him. Remember that He works all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28, WEB).
