When his disciples were come TO THE OTHER SIDE, they had forgotten to take bread (Bread symbolizes peace and hope. Which is why Jesus said I am the bread of life. Jesus is our peace and hope. His disciples had forgot to bring peace and hope with them. Which is why Jesus said unto them, Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees. The Leaven symbolizes corruption and wickedness. So Jesus was saying Beware of corruption and wickedness. Do you not yet perceive, neither remember the five loaves, (Loaves signified spiritual good, the good of the man, and the good of truth. Which is why Jesus said: Do you not yet perceive, neither remember? The spiritual good, nor the good of the man, and the good of truth? Jesus was taking about the five thousand people. He was asking; do you not remember of the five thousand? He was saying their where only 5 GOOD people out of the 5 thousand. Then he said how many BASKETS took you up? Baskets mean the things of THE WILL. They had the WILL to hold the vessels of food; And distribute them. Food signifies heavenly and spiritual goods inside our hearts, these are of the will also. All GOOD pertain to the will, and all TRUTH to the understanding. But there are also people who use their WILL for bad. 2 Peter 3:5 says Know this, there shall come in the last days scoffers, Scoffers either signifies someone who mocks or laughs at someone or something, or someone who eats quickly and greedily. I believe this verse pertains to THINKING quickly for greedy thoughts; without casting them out! These people walk after THEIR OWN LUSTS. They willingly are ignorant of it: For instance THE BAKER in the bible. He used his WILL to believe the worst. His thoughts were of perishing, worrying, doubt and fear. But what does the Lord say! Fear not! The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, but is longsuffering to us-ward, NOT WILLING that any should perish, but that ALL should come to repentance. When we stop the worrying, doubt and fear and turn to God within our minds, with genuine repentance and faith believing all GOOD THINGS ARE POSSIBLE! We will be saved!
But the baker didn’t try to repent of his sin. Instead dreaded the worse.:-( But THE BUTLER in the Bible. His WILL WAS TO BELIEVE THE BEST! He hoped of good. He believed in good! Jesus said: Do good and to communicate forget not: with such sacrifices God is well pleased. Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that does GOOD is of God: but he that does evil have not seen God. This is a faithful saying. These things I will that you affirm constantly! So that we which have believed in Gods GOOD will be careful to maintain GOOD WORKS! These THINGS are GOOD and profitable unto men. This is GOOD and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the GOOD man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, for us to testify for him in our time of doubt. Which is why Jesus wish we all will pray every where, lifting up HOLY HANDS, (Holy Hands are GOOD HANDS) without wrath and doubting. God works in US ALL to will and to do of his GOOD pleasure. Just remember for him to be able to work IN us HIS GOOD; we MUST do ALL THINGS WITHOUT MURMURINGS and disputings: THEN we will be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, from the Lord Jesus in the midst of our minds and this crooked and perverse nation, among whom we shine as lights in the world; so hold forth the word of life; that you too will rejoice in the day of Christ, and not run in vain, neither laboured in vain. Amen! God is able! He will make ALL grace abound toward US; so that WE, will ALWAYS have all sufficiency in ALL THINGS, AND ABOUND to EVERY GOOD work He is the minister of God to us for GOOD. BUT if you THINK that which is evil, be afraid; for he bears not the sword in vain: Satan is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon us that THINK and act upon evil. So you MUST be subject, for conscience sake. So be not conformed to this world: but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you too will prove what is GOOD, and acceptable, and perfect, for the will of God; Through the grace given unto US, to every man that is among US, to think soberly, according as God have dealt to every man the measure of faith. May God Bless us in Jesus Christ name! Amen
