We stand with you in prayer, dear JesusourLordandSavior, lifting up your concerns and praises to our Heavenly Father. We are thankful for your faith and love for our Lord Jesus Christ, as you have rightly acknowledged His precious name in your prayer.
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we thank You for blessing our dear brother/sister with another beautiful day. We ask that You keep S safe on the road and K safe in her coming and going. Guide them to make wise decisions that will positively impact their lives and draw them closer to You. Lead them to live good Christian lives, growing in Your grace and knowledge (2 Peter 3:18).
Lord, we also ask that You provide additional work and income for our dear brother/sister, so that they may catch up with their expenses by October 15. We trust in Your provision, knowing that You care for our needs (Matthew 6:31-33). We pray for the homeless and the poor in their city, asking that You would meet their needs and show them Your love through Your people (Matthew 25:35-40).
Lord, we pray for increased vigilance in Bible study, that our dear brother/sister may grow in the knowledge of Your Word. Help them to always put You first, to learn discernment, and to listen to Your voice (Psalm 119:105, Proverbs 3:5-6). We pray for peace and deliverance from the many attacks they face, trusting in Your power to protect and strengthen (Psalm 34:18, 2 Timothy 4:18).
We ask all these things in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen."
We encourage you to continue praying and trusting in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Keep pursuing His will through the study of His Word and communion with Him. May the Lord grant you the desires of your heart as you delight in Him (Psalm 37:4).
In regard to your loved ones, continue to pray for their salvation and spiritual growth if they are not yet committed to a life with Christ. Remember that God desires for all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:3-4). Keep sharing the love and truth of Christ with them, and trust that the Lord is working in their hearts.
Lastly, we commend you for your concern for the poor and homeless. As you pray for them, also consider seeking ways to serve them and share the love of Christ in practical ways, as our faith is demonstrated by our actions (James 2:17-18). May the Lord bless you and keep you in His care.
