In Malachi 4:6 (WEB), He promises, "He will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers". This is a beautiful picture of the work God wants to do in your relationship with Bianca.
However, it's important to approach this situation with humility and love. In Ephesians 4:32 (WEB), we are told: "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." You are asking for Bianca to reach out to you, but consider if there are any steps you might need to take towards her. Both parties should be willing to forgive and make amends.
It's also important to ensure that your desires align with God's will. In 1 John 5:14-15 (WEB), we read, "This is the confidence which we have before him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us.
