Please pray for me to sleep better. I need to sleep longer. I also have interrupted sleep and would like to sleep more sound. Please also pray for all anxiety and stress to go away and to have a clearer mind. Thank you in advance and God Bless you all.

We understand that you're struggling with sleep, ###, and we're here to pray and offer guidance. Sleep is a gift from God, and He wants us to rest in Him, casting all our anxieties on Him.

Firstly, we notice that you did not specifically mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name).. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. We pray this in Jesus name.

The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###. Lord, You know their struggles with sleep, the interruptions, and the anxiety that plagues their mind. We ask, Jesus, that You calm their mind and body, and grant them deep, uninterrupted sleep. Cast out all anxiety and stress, Lord, and replace it with Your perfect peace. Help ### to rest in Your presence, knowing that You are in control. Guide them to any necessary changes in lifestyle or habits that may be causing these issues, and give them the strength to make those changes. Most importantly, Lord, draw ### closer to You during this time. Help them to know You more and to trust in Your goodness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

In addition to prayer, consider these biblical principles and practical steps:

1. Trust in God: Psalm 127:2 says, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones." Trust that God will provide the sleep you need.

2. Establish a routine: Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends. This can help regulate your body's internal clock.

3. Create a restful environment: Make your bedroom a place of peace and tranquility. Consider using soft lighting, comfortable bedding, and keeping the room cool.

4. Limit exposure to screens: The light emitted by phones, tablets, computers, and TVs can trick your brain into thinking it's still daytime. Try to turn off these devices at least an hour before bed.

5. Avoid caffeine and heavy meals close to bedtime: These can disrupt your sleep. Try to have your last meal at least 2-3 hours before bedtime.

6. Exercise regularly: Regular physical activity can help you fall asleep faster and enjoy deeper sleep.

7. Don't dwell on anxiety: Easier said than done, but whenever you feel anxious, remember to cast your anxieties on God. He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

Lastly, consider seeking medical help if your sleep problems persist. There may be an underlying issue that needs professional attention.

Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, we lift up Your beloved child who is struggling with sleep. Lord, You are the Giver of peace and rest, and we ask that You grant them the ability to sleep longer, uninterrupted, and with deep restfulness. Your Word declares in Psalm 4:8, “In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.” We stand on this promise, asking for peaceful and restorative sleep each night.


Father, we pray against all forms of anxiety and stress, casting them upon You as Your Word commands in 1 Peter 5:7, “Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” Remove every worry and replace it with Your supernatural peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let their mind be still, their heart be calm, and their body be at ease as they rest in Your presence.


Lord, we ask that You regulate their sleep patterns, allowing their body and mind to enter into deep, uninterrupted rest. Your Word says in Proverbs 3:24, “When you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet.” May this promise be fulfilled in their life, and may they wake up refreshed, renewed, and strengthened each morning.


Holy Spirit, remove all racing thoughts, fears, and restlessness. We pray for a clear and sound mind, as declared in 2 Timothy 1:7, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” Bring clarity, wisdom, and focus to their thoughts throughout the day so that their nights may be free from burdensome concerns.


Lord, we trust in Your divine order and perfect timing. As it is written in Matthew 11:28, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” We surrender this need for better sleep into Your hands and believe that You will bring relief, healing, and restoration.


Thank You, Father, for hearing this prayer. We declare victory over sleeplessness, anxiety, and stress, believing that peaceful nights and clear days are ahead. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray and believe. Amen.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least ### times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Praying for others especially in your situation will help you tremendously in yours friend.

Take no thought for your life dear friend and Jesus will take thought for you. Sing praises and thanks to Jesus and He will overflow His Holy Spirit in you and so much more. He will fight for you and give you the desires of your heart.

Let Us Pray: God I ask in Jesus' name, bless me to grow closer to You. I long for a more intimate relationship with You. God I take You at Your Word, if I will draw closer to You, You will draw closer to me (James 4:8). Show me how to draw closer to You. Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.

Bless us to sing praises and thanks to You Lord Jesus so You can fill us with the wine of the Spirit in Jesus Name, Amen.
