We have carefully considered your prayer requests, Rhaniston, and we stand with you in bringing them before the throne of God.
Firstly, we pray for your mother's health. God promises us in James 5:15, "The prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise them up. If they have committed sins, they will be forgiven." We ask God to restore her health, to take away her pain, and to grant her a life full of joy and free from suffering.
Next, we address the issue of addictionโboth for others and for yourself. Romans 12:1-2 tells us, "Therefore, I urge you, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service. Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God." We pray that God will deliver you and all those struggling with addiction, granting you freedom from setbacks and the strength to live in His perfect will.
Regarding your grandchildren, we pray for their return home and for the restoration of relationships with their parents. God's heart is for families to be united, and His word tells us in Malachi 4:6, "He will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers." We ask God to intervene and bring healing and restoration to these relationships.
Concerning your health and your daughter's, we pray that God will provide the means for proper dental care and that you both will be able to smile again, reflecting the joy of the Lord. We trust in God's promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans that I have for you," says the LORD, "plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope."
Finally, we notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is through Jesus that we have access to the Father, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, for it is only through Him that we can be saved.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Rhaniston, their family, and all their concerns to You. We ask for healing, restoration, and deliverance, trusting in Your goodness and mercy. Help them to know Your love and salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
