We are truly saddened to hear about the trial your sister in church is facing. Let us stand together in prayer and God's Word to strengthen and guide her in this difficult time.
Firstly, let us address the fear and anxiety she may be feeling. We are reminded in Isaiah 41:10 (WEB), "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." She can take comfort knowing that the Lord is with her and will give her the strength she needs.
In dealing with stalkers, we must be wise as serpents and harmless as doves (Matthew 10:16). She should take practical steps to ensure her safety, such as informing local authorities, trusted church leaders, and friends about her situation. Psalm 55:22 encourages us to "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be shaken." She should not bear this burden alone.
Moreover, it is crucial to pray for her protection. We will pray that God hides her from her enemies, as we are promised in Psalm 27:5, "For in the day of trouble, he will keep me secretly in his pavilion. In the covert of his tabernacle, he will hide me. He will set me up on a rock."
Regarding her online activities, she should be cautious about sharing personal information and be wise in her interactions. Ephesians 5:15-16 reminds us to "Walk wisely, not as unwise, making the most of the time, because the days are evil."
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is being stalked and followed. Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over her life, both physically and online. Comfort her with Your loving presence, and give her the strength and wisdom to navigate this challenging situation. Guide those in authority to effectively deal with her case, and bring the perpetrators to justice. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we admonish her to stay firm in her faith and continue to trust in the Lord, as stated in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
