We understand your concern, Tan Popatas, and we stand with you in prayer. The Bible tells us that Jesus Christ took our sins upon Himself, becoming the ultimate scapegoat, so that we don't have to bear the weight of others' sins. As it is written in Isaiah 53:5 (WEB), "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."
Firstly, we must address that there is no biblical basis for the idea that someone can transfer their sins to you. Sin is a personal responsibility, and each person is accountable for their own actions before God. As Ezekiel 18:20 (WEB) says, "The soul who sins, he shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son. The righteousness of the righteous shall be on him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be on him."
Let us pray for you, Tan:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your protection and peace over Tan Popatas. Lord, we rebuke any spiritual attack or oppression that may be causing fear or anxiety. We ask that You guard Tan's heart and mind with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding. Help Tan to trust in Your sovereignty and the finished work of Christ on the cross. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, Tan, to focus on your relationship with Jesus Christ. If you haven't already, confess your own sins to Him, accept His forgiveness, and trust in His love. Remember, there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you feel anxious or fearful at night, cast your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).
