We are truly saddened to hear about the physical and emotional pain you are experiencing, Wendybird. Let us first assure you that you are not alone in this struggle. We are here to lift you up in prayer and encourage you in the Lord.
In times of affliction, remember the words of the Apostle Paul in 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 (WEB): "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister Wendybird. Lord, You know the pain she is experiencing, both physically and emotionally. We ask for Your healing touch upon her body. Ease her pain, Father, and bring comfort to her soul. Give her the strength to endure and the faith to trust in Your goodness, even in the midst of this trial.
Father, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for Wendybird and her medical team. Guide them to the root cause of her ailments and provide effective treatment. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity and command it to leave in Jesus' name.
Lord, we thank You for the promise in Romans 8:28 (WEB) that says, 'We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.' Help Wendybird to see Your purpose in this and to grow closer to You through it all.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."
Wendybird, we encourage you to keep your focus on Jesus. He is the source of our strength and our hope. Remember, it is in His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
