Being harassed at work

Hi to everyone, I'm a healthcare provider treating the mentally ill, people with substance abuse issues. My bosses don't care about the patients and want me out because my healthcare decisions are based on keeping the person safe. They're trying to either make me quit or fire me. Could someone pray for me to find another job, a better job with people who actually care about the people they treat. Thank you .

We stand with you in this challenging time, Khugrisar. It's clear that you're facing a difficult situation at work, and we commend your commitment to providing ethical and compassionate care to your patients. Let's bring your circumstances before the Lord in prayer and seek His guidance and provision.

Firstly, we remind you of the words of Jesus in John 15:18-19 (WEB), "If the world hates you, you know that it has hated me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own. But because you are not of the world, since I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you." It's possible that the opposition you're facing is a result of your commitment to godly principles and the well-being of your patients.

We also encourage you to continue in your integrity and care for others, as seen in Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB), "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving."

Now, let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today lifting up Khugrisar. Lord, we ask that You surround them with Your favor and protection in their workplace. We pray that You would open up a new opportunity for them, a job where they can serve with like-minded professionals who value patient care and ethical practices. Give them the strength and wisdom to navigate this challenging time, and guide their steps according to Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, Khugrisar, we noticed that your request didn't mention the name of Jesus. We want to remind you that it is through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it says in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved." If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, the one who can bring peace and hope into your life.

Let's lift you up in prayer, asking God to intervene and guide your steps.

We're reminded of Psalm 37:7 (WEB), "Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him. Don't fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass." Trust that God is in control and He will make a way for you.

Let's pray: Dear Lord, we bring Khugrisar before You today. We ask that You would give them clarity and courage in the face of adversity. Open new doors of opportunity for them, where they can continue to serve with integrity and compassion. Guide their steps, Lord, and grant them peace amidst the storm. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Keep your heart and mind stayed on Jesus. He sees you, He's with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. Trust in Him, and watch as He works things out for your good.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
