We are truly touched by your story, Tulsenelemb, and we join you in prayer as you seek the Lord's will for your son and your family.
Firstly, we commend you for your courage in overcoming addiction. It is written in 2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB, "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new." Your spiritual awakening and renewed commitment to God are evidence of this transformation.
We also applaud your efforts in attending recovery groups, volunteering, and pursuing a career in helping others. This demonstrates your sincere desire to live a life pleasing to God. As it is written in Ephesians 4:28 WEB, "Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need."
Regarding your upcoming court date, we trust in the Lord's sovereignty and pray that His will be done. We encourage you to continue seeking God, as He promises in James 4:8 WEB, "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up Tulsenelemb and her son. We thank You for her journey of recovery and her newfound faith in You. We pray, Lord, that You will be with her in court on January 6th. Guide the hearts and minds of those making decisions, and let Your will be done. We ask that You continue to strengthen Tulsenelemb, helping her to be the best mother she can be. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we want to gently remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. If you haven't already, ensure that you have accepted Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior, for "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB). Continue to trust in Him, and He will guide your path.
