Being Evicted

I'm a ### yr old disabled man with health problems. They've sold the apartment house I've lived in for ### years. I'm being evicted. I have a felony from when I was very young so I can't get into senior assisted apartments. I need prayed for strength, courage and health as well as a place to live. Thank You.

We are truly sorry to hear about your situation, ###. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble Psalm 9:9 WEB. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is also only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved.

In this difficult time, we want to encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.

Regarding your past, remember that if you have repented and turned away from your former ways, you are a new creation in Christ. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. 2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB. God does not hold your past against you, and neither should anyone else.

Now, let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###. Lord, you know his struggles and the challenges he is facing. We pray for his strength and courage, that you would fill him with your Spirit and guide him through this trial.

We rebuke the spirit of fear and despair, and we ask for your peace to guard ###'s heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We pray for his health, that you would heal him and give him the strength he needs to face each day.

Father, we ask for your provision. May you open a door for ### and provide a place for him to live. We pray that you would soften the hearts of those who can help, and that they would show him mercy and compassion.

Lord, we also pray for those who are responsible for the eviction. We pray that they would act with kindness and integrity, and that they would see ### not just as a tenant, but as a person in need of care and support.

In all things, Father, we ask for your will to be done. We trust in your goodness and your love for ###. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, ###, remember that God cares for you and that he will never leave you nor forsake you. Hebrews 13:5 WEB. Keep trusting in him, and keep seeking his face. We will continue to pray for you.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
