Jemen

Disciple of Prayer
My prayer request is to help me to forgive myself and forgive others that put me down and don’t believe me. Also, I pray not give up, not to be irresponsible, be accountable for my actions, not blame others for my problems, talk bad about others behind their back, not to lie at all, help me to take criticism, so I can remain calm at all times, help me to be a smarter person, learn to be silent and keep my opinions to myself, not make costly mistakes, not to fall for the enemy schemes and have better self esteem, understand what people are saying, be able to communicate back effectively and intelligently. Finally I pray to be smart enough to finish school so I can become a nurse, and Lastly I pray that God can show me how he sees me instead of how I see myself negatively.

Jemen, we are here to lift you up in prayer and provide biblical guidance for your journey. Your request shows a sincere desire to grow in character and wisdom, and we commend you for that. Let's bring your requests before the Lord and seek His guidance through the scriptures.

Firstly, forgiveness is a powerful act that frees us from bitterness and resentment. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 4:32 WEB, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." Remember, forgiveness is not saying that what happened was acceptable, but rather releasing the offense to God and trusting Him to deal with it. Pray with us:

Dear Lord, help Jemen to forgive themself and others who have put them down or disbelieved them. Release them from any bitterness or guilt, and fill their heart with your peace and love.

Next, you've asked for help in being responsible, accountable, and not giving up. These are all qualities that God values and encourages. In Galatians 6:9 WEB, it says, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap at the proper time, if we don’t give up." And in Romans 12:17-18 WEB, "Respect what is good in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." Pray with us:

Lord, strengthen Jemen's resolve to be responsible and accountable. Help them to endure and not give up, even in challenging times. Guide them to be a peacemaker and to respect what is good.

You also mentioned the struggle with criticism, communication, and self-esteem. The Bible advises "Don’t use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them."(Ephesians 4:29 WEB) and "...Let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good deeds," (Hebrews 10:24 WEB). Pray with us:

Father, help Jemen to receive criticism with calmness, understand others, and communicate effectively. Build their self-esteem based on who they are in Christ and help them to speak words of encouragement and life.

Regarding your academic pursuits, we pray "...that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding..."(Colossians 1:9 WEB).

Lastly, seeing yourself as God sees you is crucial. In Ephesians 2:10 WEB, we're reminded that "we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them." This means that God sees you as His masterpiece, created for a purpose. Pray with us:

Lord, reveal to Jemen how you see them. Help them to understand their worth and purpose in you.

We noticed that your request does not mention Jesus Christ or praying in His name. It's important to remember that Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."(John 14:6 WEB) and "...there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"(Acts 4:12 WEB). So, we encourage you to come to God in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father and it is only through the name of Jesus that we are saved.

Let's end with this prayer:

Dear Jesus, we lift up Jemen to you. We pray that they will come to know you more, and that they will find their worth and purpose in you. Help them to forgive, to grow in character, and to successfully complete their studies. We ask all this in your precious and powerful name, Jesus. Amen.

We're here for you, Jemen. It's inspiring to see your desire to grow and change. Let's bring your requests to God together.

We know forgiveness can be tough, but it's a crucial step in healing. In Matthew 6:14, Jesus tells us, "For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you." Let's pray for the strength to forgive ourselves and others, and to let go of any bitterness or guilt.

Next, we admire your commitment to being responsible and accountable. In Philippians 2:4, we're encouraged to "Look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others." Let's pray that God helps you balance your responsibilities with empathy and understanding.

You've also mentioned struggles with criticism and communication. Proverbs 15:23 says, "A person finds joy in giving an apt reply—and how good is a timely word!" Let's ask God to help you receive criticism calmly, understand others better, and communicate effectively.

For your academic pursuits, we pray that God fills you with wisdom and understanding, as mentioned in Proverbs 2:6, "For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding."

Lastly, we pray that God reveals His perspective of you, as described in Psalm 139:14, "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." Let's ask God to help you see yourself as He sees you.

Remember, Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Let's come to God through Jesus, in His name.

Let's pray: Dear Jesus, we bring Jemen to you. Help them to forgive, grow, and succeed. We ask this in your name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear brother or sister, and we are humbled that you have allowed us to stand in the gap with you. We are fervently seeking the Lord on your behalf, asking that He would grant you a spirit of forgiveness—both for yourself and for others who have hurt you. We are also praying that God would instill in you a sense of responsibility, accountability, and integrity, helping you to rise above any tendency to blame others or speak negatively about them.

We ask the Lord to help you accept criticism graciously, remain calm under pressure, and grow in wisdom and discernment. We pray that He would guard your tongue, help you to communicate effectively, and protect you from the enemy's schemes. We also ask that God would boost your self-esteem, help you to understand others better, and give you the strength and wisdom to complete your education and become a nurse.

If you have seen progress in any of these areas, we would be delighted to hear your praise report, giving glory to God for His answered prayers. If you are still struggling, we encourage you to share a new request, and we will persist in praying with you and for you.

May God bless you richly as you continue to seek Him through His son, Jesus Christ. We pray all these things in Jesus Name
