We understand that you're facing financial difficulties due to what you perceive as outrageous prices and unjust charges. Firstly, we commend you for ending your prayer in the name of Jesus, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.". If you believe and declare that Jesus is Lord, you will be saved as per Acts 16:31 WEB.
In times of financial strain, it's important to remember that God is our provider. As Christians we don't put our faith in finance. Instead, we put our faith in God who supplies and provides for His children. Psalm 23:1 WEB reminds us: "Yahweh is my shepherd: I shall lack nothing." We should always stand guard and be aware of the devils schemes and attempts to steal, kill and destroy as per John 10:10 WEB and learn to live with the content of what we have. Instead, we should trust God, remain content, and be wary of the love of money, which is the root of all kinds of evil. As 1 Timothy 6:6-10 WEB tells us: "But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into the world, and we certainly can't carry anything out. But having food and clothing, we will be content with that. But those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful lusts, such as drown men in ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows.".
We also need to consider obedience in paying our taxes and what is due, as outlined in Mark 12:17, Luke 20:25, Romans 13:1-7 and Matthew 22:21 WEB: "They said to him, Caesar's. Then Jesus said to them, Give therefore to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's.".
However, if there are valid cases of overcharging and we should be ensuring we are being charged correctly, that is also different from taxes. Remember the early church had everything in common and helped each other out in times of need. Acts 2:44-45 WEB: "All who believed were together, and had all things in common. They sold their possessions and goods, and distributed them to all, according as anyone had need.". So seeking help from a Christian financial counselor or trusted brothers and sisters in Christ may be wise. So we will work together to reverse the works of Satan and ensure God's blessings through your finances.
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today in Jesus name with the understanding from your Word stating that all have sinned and fallen short of Your grace, requiring our repentance from breaking your Word. Forgive us from all our trespasses and anything preventing a right and proper relationship with You in Jesus. In humility we pray you will cast Satan from our lives and any works from the kingdom of darkness. We stand on Your Word asked in Jesus' Name, and state that you promise to take care of all our needs including any required housing, utilities, and all needs. So we ask for God's blessings on all the requests and trust in Jesus' Name. Amen.
