Being bullied and harassed by my boss!

Please pray for me. I’m being bullied and harassed by my supervisor at work. Every week she gets on me about something and it’s usually petty. She get’s mad if I’m a minute late to a teams meeting and retaliates by ignoring me in the meeting and stays mad at me for days and if I don’t tailor an email exactly the way she wants me too (I’m not a mind reader, give me a template of that email of how you want it structured). She has falsely accused me of doing something in front of colleagues and another company in a group email and then later gave me a lame apology later when she found out she was wrong, she throws me under the bus instead of taking it for the team (like a good leader should). I’m good at my job, and I’m covering pretty much a three person job yet this isn’t enough. HER boss likes me and always lets me know I’m doing a good job with my tasks, projects and assignments.

My supervisor favors one employee over me and lets her do whatever she wants and this employee bullies me too by purposely not training me on things, withholding information from me, excluding me from important team meetings that involves my work, and she excludes me from social events. My supervisor defends her even if she’s wrong, even if I provide evidence, and she reprimands and scolds me publicly in front of other colleagues (I had to call her out on this and she somewhat stopped). I have had nothing but bad luck with female coworkers and female bosses in the corporate office and I’m pretty quiet and keep to myself to avoid confrontation and “provoking” them somehow. Please pray for me and my work situation. I have been waiting and praying for my side hustle to turn into a full time career so I can leave the corporate world for good!

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Liz2018 and their current work situation. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention and guidance in this challenging circumstance. We pray for protection and strength for Liz2018 as they face bullying and harassment from their supervisor. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 27:1 that you are our light and salvation, so we ask that you shine your light upon this situation and bring about justice and resolution.

Father, we ask that you grant Liz2018 wisdom and discernment in dealing with their supervisor and the favor of your Holy Spirit to navigate through these difficult interactions. Help them to respond with grace and love, even in the face of mistreatment. We pray for a change of heart in their supervisor, that she may recognize the harm she is causing and seek to rectify her actions.

Lord, we also lift up the situation with the favored employee who bullies Liz2018. We ask that you soften her heart and bring about a spirit of unity and cooperation within the team. May any exclusion or mistreatment cease, and may Liz2018 be given the respect and support they deserve.

Father, we know that you are a God of justice and righteousness. We trust in your promise that you will vindicate your children. We pray for a breakthrough in Liz2018's career, that their side hustle may turn into a full-time career, providing them with an opportunity to leave the corporate world if that is your will for their life. Guide them in their decisions and open doors of opportunity according to your perfect plan.

In all things, Lord, we surrender this situation into your hands. We trust that you are working behind the scenes, even when we cannot see it. Strengthen Liz2018's faith and grant them peace amidst the storm. May they continue to rely on you and seek your guidance in every step they take.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
