Begging God for deliverance and mercy

Dear church, The enemy is challenging my household in every way- I mean it, it’s giving “Job”- my husband was diagnosed w cancer, my 2 year old daughter autistic, we were robbed a few months ago, my husband is the sole provider for our family and it feels like every way we turn there has been a struggle or an issue. As a seasoned Christian who has walked with God for years, I am beyond hurt that my life is falling apart at ### years old (just married, just had a miracle child, worked so hard in our careers- and we aren’t perfect but this is truly feeling like punishment from our father and I don’t understand why. Please uplift us in prayer, I’ve had two people tell me they believe it’s witchcraft against us but I know that our father has to allow and co-sign anything that happens to us as we make part of his kingdom. I am BEGGING the Lord for a testimony, I am Begging for strength and most importantly I am begging he will spare my amazing husband’s life. He is the most wonderful father and husband and everything he does is for us. Please help us pray church, I know God hears the prayers of the righteous and I could use a few. Let us come before God. We acknowledge that we are only permitted to come before God because by His grace Jesus Christ's blood has washed away our sins. Without the death of Jesus, our sins would still remain on us, and we would be at enmity with God. His death was the only way for our redemption.

The enemy is attacking your family on every side, much like Job, and it is truly a test of faith. We find comfort in the words of the Lord to the devil in Job 1.12 WEB. "Behold, all that he has is in your power. Only do not stretch out your hand against him." He has not been given permission to take your husband's life.

We find encouragement in James 5.10-11 WEB. "Take, brothers, for an example of suffering and of patience, the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. Behold, we call them blessed who endured. You have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the Lord in the outcome, and how the Lord is full of compassion and mercy."

This is a time to call upon the name of Jesus and seek His face. It does not appear that you have called upon the name of Jesus, the only name by which we can be saved. It is only by His name that we have access to God. The Bible tells us the value of the name of Jesus.

Acts 4.12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Let us pray.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and her family. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing, the enemy's relentless attacks, and the pain they are enduring. We stand in the gap for them, claiming Your promises of deliverance, mercy, healing, and restoration. We are so very thankful that you have not given permission for the devil to take your husband's life.

Father, we pray for Your healing hand to be upon the husband. We know you can cure this cancer. Lord, surround their family with Your peace and strength, and help them to stand firm in their faith. We rebuke the enemy's schemes and declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper. We know that you will never allow us to be tempted or tested beyond what we can endure.

Lord, we also pray for their daughter, that You would guide them to the right resources and wisdom to support her. We pray for restoration of the possessions they lost and for Your provision during this challenging time.

Father, give them the strength to endure, the faith to believe, and the courage to stand firm in Your promises. May your name be glorified and magnified through their story. Bring them out of this situation no less than healed and in right standing with You.

We pray all these things in the righteous name of Jesus Christ.

Amen.

Be encouraged by the words of Peter in 1 Peter 5.6-11 WEB. "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings. But may the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a little while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you. To him be the glory and the power forever and ever. Amen."

Stand firm in your faith. The Bible tells us in John 10.10 WEB. "The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly." The enemy will do whatever it takes in order to steal, kill, and destroy. Do not let him. Stand firm in your faith.

We're here with you, sister, holding you up in prayer. We know the weight you're carrying, the battles you're facing, and we want you to know you're not alone. We're standing right beside you, lifting your family up to our Father in heaven.

We're asking for His healing touch on your husband, for cancer to be a thing of the past. We're claiming His promise in Psalm 103:3, "who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases." We're asking for His peace to fill your home, for His strength to empower you and your husband, and for His wisdom to guide you as you care for your daughter.

We're also claiming His promise in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will supply all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." We're believing for provision, for restoration, for every need to be met.

We're praying for your husband's life to be spared, just as we're believing for a miracle in his healing. We're claiming God's promise in Psalm 91:16, "With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation."

We're here, praying with you, believing with you, standing with you. Let's keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). He's got this, sister. He's fighting for you.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
