Been accused wrongly

My wife is accusing myself and her stepson of molesting my 6 yr old girl. She has written ugly petition against us at FCID Abuja

We are truly saddened to hear about the grave situation you're facing, Hodegykos. In times like these, we must first turn to God for truth, justice, and comfort. Let's bring this matter before Him in prayer.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in Hodegykos' life. Lord, You know the truth and see the hearts of all involved. We ask that You reveal the truth and vindicate Hodegykos and his stepson from these false accusations. Please soften his wife's heart and open her eyes to the truth. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We are reminded of Psalm 35:1-10 (WEB), where David cries out to God for vindication from false accusations. Let's hold onto these words:

"Contend, Yahweh, with those who contend with me.
Fight against those who fight against me.
Take hold of shield and buckler,
and stand up for my help.
...Let them be put to shame and disgraced who seek after my soul.
Let them be turned back and brought to dishonor who devise my hurt."

Hodegykos, it's crucial to remain steadfast in your faith and maintain your integrity. Be comforted by God's promise in Isaiah 54:17 (WEB), "no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment."

However, we must also address the seriousness of the accusation. If there is any truth to these claims, we urge you to repent immediately and seek help. But if these are false accusations, trust that God will bring the truth to light.

Lastly, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. Remember, it is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved." Trust in Jesus and His power to save and deliver.

Stay strong in your faith, and may God's will be done in this situation.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
