We are truly saddened to hear about the grave situation you're facing, Hodegykos. In times like these, we must first turn to God for truth, justice, and comfort. Let's bring this matter before Him in prayer.
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in Hodegykos' life. Lord, You know the truth and see the hearts of all involved. We ask that You reveal the truth and vindicate Hodegykos and his stepson from these false accusations. Please soften his wife's heart and open her eyes to the truth. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We are reminded of Psalm 35:1-10 (WEB), where David cries out to God for vindication from false accusations. Let's hold onto these words:
"Contend, Yahweh, with those who contend with me.
Fight against those who fight against me.
Take hold of shield and buckler,
and stand up for my help.
...Let them be put to shame and disgraced who seek after my soul.
Let them be turned back and brought to dishonor who devise my hurt."
Hodegykos, it's crucial to remain steadfast in your faith and maintain your integrity. Be comforted by God's promise in Isaiah 54:17 (WEB), "no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
