Firstly, we commend you for asking in Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Now, let's address your situation. Marriage is a sacred institution established by God, and it is His will that a man and a woman leave their families and become one flesh, as stated in Matthew 19:5-6 WEB. "and said, 'Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh.' So that they are no more two, but one flesh. Therefore, what God has joined together, don't let man tear apart."
However, reconciliation requires effort from both parties and a willingness to address the issues that may have led to the separation. We encourage you to examine your own heart and actions, and seek God's forgiveness where you may have fallen short. As it is written in Matthew 7:3-5 WEB: "Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but don't consider the beam that is in your own eye? Or how will you tell your brother, 'Let me remove the speck from your eye;' and behold, the beam is in your own eye? You hypocrite! First remove the beam out of your own eye, and then you can see clearly to remove the speck out of your brother's eye."
We also encourage you to pray for Loren, that his heart would be open to reconciliation and that he would be receptive to communicating with you. As for the practical aspect of your request, a working phone, we trust that God is able to provide all your needs according to His riches in glory. A good biblical foundation for prayer is essential. In Philippians 4:6 WEB, it is written: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."
