Bath Door Locks

Heavenly Father when we close the bathroom door it locks from inside and outside. Please help us not to close it all the way. Please help me to find a way to fix this or get another door handle for the door. Thank you Father for all you do for us. In Jesus Name I Pray Amen. Anyone with ideas of a fix please let me know.
