My mother's tenants still refuse to pay rent on time each month. Their names are Edwidge and Leanne. They are extremely rude and disrespectful since the very beginning when they move in. They have zero communication skills and are obnoxious and full of themselves. They also have pets in the home when the contract said no pets they also smoke in the house. We were always nice to them. We changed the fridge brand new fridge, did repairs etc tried everything with them being patient and all but they disrespect us even more. Last month they didn't pay full rent they owe us rent money from last month. They are now once again late on this month rent. I just sent Edwidge a text message saying all this to him. We are so fed up with them. Pray that God protects our home. Me and my mother don't want to spend money on getting them evicted. Pray that God find a resolution for us.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
