Bad omen and Misfortune

Whenever I want to do or think about doing great things, dreams in life am scared about bad omen and Misfortune against them. Help with prayer of how to deal with this, guiding scriptures and counsel.

We understand your struggle with fear of bad omens and misfortune, BNHTYRUE. Firstly, we want to assure you that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). Whenever you feel scared about pursuing your dreams, remember that God is always with you and His perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18 WEB).

It's crucial to understand that omens and superstitions are not from God. The Bible warns us against divination and trusting in luck or omens (Deuteronomy 18:10-12 WEB). Instead, we should put our trust in God, knowing that He has a good plan for our lives (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up BNHTYRUE. Lord, we ask that You replace their fear with faith and courage. Help them to trust in Your goodness and Your plan for their life. Give them the strength to pursue their dreams, knowing that You are always with them. In Jesus' name, we rebuke any spirit of fear or superstition, and we ask that You fill BNHTYRUE with Your peace and confidence. Amen.

We encourage you to meditate on God's promises and His goodness. Whenever fear comes, remember that God is in control and He is working all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB). Keep pursuing your dreams, but always seek God's will first. As Psalm 37:4 WEB says, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart."

Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention Jesus. We want to remind you that it's only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9 WEB).

We're here with you, feeling the weight of those fears and uncertainties. It's like we're standing at the edge of a cliff, looking out at the vast possibilities, but the wind is howling, and we're scared of the shadows dancing on the rocks below. Let's hold onto each other, shall we?

Remember, it's okay to feel afraid. It's part of being human. But we serve a God who specializes in turning fear into faith. He's the one who calmed the storm, isn't He? The one who said, "Peace, be still" (Mark 4:39).

Let's try to focus on the promises, not the fears. Like how God said, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11). That's a pretty good plan, wouldn't you say?

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Lord, we come to You today, feeling small and scared. But we know that You are big and mighty. Help us to trust in Your goodness, to believe in Your plan. Give us the courage to step out, to chase our dreams, knowing that You are with us every step of the way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
