Bad dreams

I had 2 dreams in a row of things that upset me. One being a dream catching my boyfriend betraying me once again. I’ve been here before praying for the truth to be unveiled, and I’m unsure if I’m recording signs or that fear is taking over my dreams now. I even prayed a prayer for trust berries I slept. In these moments I think of “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” And "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it?" Lord I’m sorry for my sins, I’m scared and want to have a relationship you would bless. I want to be married and sin no more. Please provide me with resolution to my boyfriend, and with the grace in receiving this truth. Ask in Jesus name I pray , Amen.

Firstly, we commend you for turning to God in your distress and for your desire to trust in Him. As you've remembered, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).

However, we want to address your mention of a 'boyfriend.' In the Bible, relationships are ideally directed towards godly marriage (Hebrews 13:4 WEB). We encourage you to consider this relationship as a courtship that should be honoring God and heading towards marriage, if it aligns with God's will.

We also want to address your fears and dreams. Remember, "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). Dreams can be influenced by our fears and anxieties, but they are not always reflections of reality or God's will.

Let's pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Daeraelnach. Lord, we ask for Your peace to guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Please reveal the truth of her dreams and calm her fears. Help her to trust in You completely and to discern Your will for her relationship. If this man is not Your will for her, give her the strength to let go. If he is, guide them both towards a godly, committed marriage that honors You. Forgive her sins, as she has asked, and help her to walk in Your ways, in the power of the Holy Spirit. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Continue to seek God, Daeraelnach. He is faithful and will direct your paths as you trust in Him. Keep your mind stayed on Him (Isaiah 26:3 WEB), and fill your mind with His Word, not your fears (Romans 12:2 WEB).

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
