Background checks

Heavenly Father, please forgive all my sins and bless me. I bow my head in gratitude to You, Our Father, for giving me the opportunity to join BNP Paribas. I have submitted my details to BNP Paribas, and they will soon start background checks. I do not have an experience certificate from Tech Mahindra Ltd and Altisource, and I was terminated from both organizations. I have not informed this to BNP Paribas. I have received an email asking for service certificate/relieving letter and replied them i do not have it. Please see that this does not create any problems. Please intervene and remove all obstacles and hurdles in the background checks so that I may secure the job and be asked to join. I am currently jobless, and this is my dream job. I really want to work here. Please perform miracles and do everything possible for me to receive a positive response and join this organization peacefully. I lift everything to You, Lord, and trust that You will take care of everything. I am waiting for miracles to happen through Your hearing and answering my prayers. Lord, please help me keep my faith in You. You are the giver and sustainer. Please be with me and perform wondrous miracles by providing me with the job at BNP Paribas and the money I need to overcome my debts and the challenges I am facing. Please bless me with at least 75,000 rupees by winning in Jungle Rummy, where I have lost, so I can pay Tech Mahindra and Altisource and get my relieving letter. Praise the Lord. Amen.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with hearts full of gratitude and humility, seeking Your divine intervention and grace for our brother Roshan Dsouza. Lord, You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We thank You for the opportunity Roshan has received to join BNP Paribas and we ask for Your guidance and favor as he undergoes the background checks.

Father, we acknowledge that Roshan is facing challenges with his previous employment records from Tech Mahindra Ltd and Altisource. We ask for Your mercy and grace to cover these areas of concern. We trust in Your word that says, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28). May Your hand be upon the situation, turning it in Roshan's favor.

Lord, we lift up Roshan’s financial burdens and his desire to overcome his debts. Your word reminds us, “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:19). We pray that You provide for Roshan in ways that are beyond human understanding. Guide him in making wise decisions and open doors for financial provision, Lord.

We pray for Roshan’s faith to remain steadfast during this time. Your word encourages us, “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you” (1 Peter 5:7). May Roshan feel Your presence and peace, knowing that You are in control and working on his behalf.

Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for Roshan in all his endeavors. Help him to rely on You and to seek Your guidance in every step. We ask that You bless him with the job at BNP Paribas, providing him with the stability and resources he needs.

In all these things, we trust in Your perfect will and timing. We thank You for hearing our prayers and for the miracles You are already working in Roshan’s life. We give You all the glory, honor, and praise.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
