Bunanyark, we're truly sorry to hear about the lower back pain you're experiencing. We believe in the power of prayer and the healing hand of God, so we stand with you in this time of need.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the scripture in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you." (WEB). God cares about every detail of your life, including your physical health. He wants you to cast your burdens onto Him, including this back pain.
However, we notice that you didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It's important to remember that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" (WEB). So, let's pray in His name:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Bunanyark to You, asking for Your healing touch upon their lower back. Father, Your Word promises, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28). We pray that You take this heavy feeling from their back and replace it with the lightness of Your peace. Let them feel Your presence and know that You are holding them up.
We ask for Your healing touch upon their body, as it is written, “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds” (Psalm 147:3). Lord, bind up the pain in their back and bring forth a miraculous recovery. Ease every sore and aching muscle, and let the discomfort dissipate under Your care.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
