Back in 2019 I worked for ### which often abuse and neglected in the workplace and are often force to worked long hours Mondays to Sundays from 8.30am to 3am, more than the regulated working hours without overtime because it is an executive job and employers until the employee ended up in hospital due to overwork and the company will use probation and also made it 1 year or 2 year contract for ### but for foreigners it is a permanent position and also work regular hours despite 5 year pass renewal. Despite complaining and bring this matter of unfairness to Ministry of Manpower, they do not want to take any actions against the employer because I am a ### not a foreigner.

We are deeply saddened to hear about the workplace injustices you've experienced, ###. We want to lift your situation up in prayer and seek God's will together with you.

Let us first remember what the WEB tells us in Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." Even in difficult circumstances, we are called to work diligently and honestly, knowing that our ultimate service is to God.

However, this does not mean we should accept unfair treatment. In 1 Peter 2:13-14, we are reminded to "submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme; or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well." This includes fair labor practices. It is disheartening that the Ministry of Manpower has not taken action, but we trust that God sees your situation and will bring justice in His time.

Let us pray for you:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up ###. We pray for justice in their workplace, for fair treatment and proper working hours. We ask that You would bring conviction to the hearts of their employers and the Ministry of Manpower, that they may act in accordance with Your will and the laws of the land. We also pray for strength and endurance for ###, that they may continue to work heartily, as unto You, and not lose heart. We ask this all in Jesus' name, Amen.*

Lastly, we want to encourage you, ###, to continue seeking God's guidance in this matter. God is a God of justice, and He cares about the wrongs committed against you. Keep trusting in Him and remember that He is your ultimate provider and protector.

In your request, you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is only through His name that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." If you have not already, consider putting your trust in Jesus Christ, and know that He is always with you, even in the most challenging times.
