Baby Sister Possible Spina Bifida

My mom is having a baby girl and she recently found out that it is positive for spina bifida. I'm praying that it's either mild or a false report. If it is God's will, however, I pray that my mom and stepdad will have the stamina, love, and money to handle such a situation.

Thank you all for your prayers! I'll be sure to let you all know how it pans out next week during ultrasounds... they did blood tests, but never got to check the condition of her spine during an ultrasound, so there's a chance that it won't be all that serious. Thanks again!

Thank you all SO much for your prayers. My mother got her ultrasound this past Wednesday. The baby's still positive for spina bifida but on the ultrasound... her spine looks completely normal. My mother is currently 20 weeks, starting tomorrow, so I'm optimistic that, if at ALL, the baby has mild sb. Thanks again for praying for her!
